My name is Aliza Graham and I'm a HPCSA registered Counselling Psychologist with a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg. I am a compassionate therapist with a special interest in DBT, SFBT and Play Therapy. I offer a variety of psychological services including psychotherapy, assessment and consultation. DBT skills training is also available. I offer psychotherapy to children (from 5 and up), adolescents, adults, parents, couples, families and members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Therapy is offered in both Afrikaans and English. Therapy can either happen in person or online (Zoom), my practice is located in Centurion.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based intervention for people struggling with emotional regulation. DBT is built on the four pillars of mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance and emotional regulation. DBT seeks to help clients build a life worth living.
